Yes, cross-border travel is permitted with our motorcycles. The customer must inform us in advance about the countries they intend to visit, so that we can extend the insurance coverage to the indicated countries.

Please note that Third-Party Liability insurance coverage for countries outside Albania is subject to an additional cost.

We use a 24-hour basis to calculate time. This means that a motorcycle picked up today at 9 am and returned tomorrow before 9 am will count as a one-day rental. Returned at 3:00 p.m. would count as two days.

Sure. This is free of charge.

All our motorcycles include Third-Party Liability insurance (TPL), as required by law. Please note that full casco/kasko insurance for motorcycles is not currently provided by insurance companies in Albania. For selected motorcycle models, we can also provide additional comprehensive damage coverage / Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), subject to availability and the specific rental terms.

With CDW coverage, the security deposit represents the maximum liability of the renter for damages to our motorcycle. The deposit amount starts from EUR 1,000 and may increase up to EUR 2,000, depending on the motorcycle model. Any eligible damage above the deposit amount will be covered by our company and/or the insurance coverage, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

For example, if the motorcycle is dropped at low speed and parts such as the clutch lever, brake lever, mirror, or similar components are damaged, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the security deposit. In the event of more serious damage to the motorcycle, the maximum amount charged to the renter will be the security deposit amount, provided that the accident is covered under the applicable CDW terms. The security deposit is fully refundable at the end of the rental period, provided that the motorcycle is returned without damage and in accordance with the rental agreement.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that off-road use of the motorcycle is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company in advance.

For the purposes of this agreement, off-road use includes, but is not limited to, riding on dirt trails, beaches, unpaved tracks, non-public roads, or any terrain not intended for regular road traffic.

While the Company cannot monitor or control the Customer’s route during the rental period, the Customer remains fully responsible for any damage, mechanical issues, excessive wear, or deterioration resulting from unauthorized off-road use.

Any additional cleaning, repair, maintenance, or recovery costs arising from off-road use shall be borne exclusively by the Customer and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately, where applicable.

The security deposit is held by card pre-authorization. Please note that the pre-authorization is not a payment transaction. The deposit amount is not credited to our account; it is only temporarily blocked on the customer’s card and released at the end of the rental period, subject to the rental terms and conditions.

We will submit a release request to the cardholder’s bank immediately after the motorcycle has been returned, inspected, and confirmed to be free from additional damage, missing equipment, or other charges. The actual release time depends exclusively on the bank that issued the card. In most cases, the amount is released within one or two business days. However, depending on the bank’s internal procedures, it may take up to five business days or, in some cases, even a couple of weeks.

Once we have submitted the release request, we have no control over the bank’s processing time.

Yes, motorcycle pick-up and drop-off at Tirana International Airport can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Customers are kindly requested to inform us in advance and provide their flight details, expected arrival time, and preferred pick-up time, so that we can organize the handover accordingly.

Please note that an extra fee applies for airport pick-up and/or drop-off.

Yes. An advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking in order to reserve and block the selected motorcycle for the agreed rental period. The advance payment confirms the booking and gives both parties certainty that the rental will take place. Once the advance payment is received, the motorcycle will no longer be offered to other customers for the same dates.

The advance payment will be deducted from the total rental amount. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of motorcycle pick-up, according to the agreed payment terms.

The advance payment can be made by bank transfer or, where available, through an online card payment link provided by us.

Once the booking details are confirmed, we will send the customer the payment instructions, including the amount to be paid, payment method, and payment deadline.

The booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been received or successfully authorized. Once we receive the payment, we provide the confirmation of the payment received via email.
