Operational responsibility
- Customers must hold a valid motorcycle license appropriate for the motorcycle class rented.
- Riders are responsible for evaluating weather, road surface, and traffic conditions in real-time, regardless of any guidance we provide.
- Navigation files, printed maps, and verbal briefings are offered as suggestions only and should not replace your own judgement.
Mechanical condition
- All motorcycles are inspected prior to departure; however, mechanical issues can still occur during strenuous adventures.
- Riders should conduct routine checks (tyres, oil level, chain tension) during multi-day journeys and report anomalies immediately.
- Rental & Tours is not liable for incidental expenses resulting from unforeseen repairs or maintenance delays.
