These terms govern your use of Rental & Tours services, including motorcycle rentals, guided tours, and route planning assistance.

Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old with a valid motorcycle license recognised in Albania.
- An international driving permit is required for non-EU riders as stipulated by local authorities.
Bookings & payments
- A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your reservation.
- Cancellations are not permitted. If you cannot attend on your reserved dates, we will reschedule your booking to alternative dates when the motorcycles are available, at no extra cost. Rescheduling is allowed only once.
Rider responsibilities
- Respect traffic laws, environmental regulations, and community guidelines during your ride.
- Return motorcycles with full fuel and in the condition noted at handover, excluding normal wear.
- Report incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately so we can coordinate assistance.
