These terms govern your use of Rental & Tours services, including motorcycle rentals, guided tours, and route planning assistance.

Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old with a valid motorcycle license recognised in Albania.
- An international driving permit is required for non-EU riders as stipulated by local authorities.
Bookings & payments
- A 20% non-refundable deposit secures your reservation; the balance is due seven days before pickup or tour start.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of departure incur the full rental or tour fee unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Rider responsibilities
- Respect traffic laws, environmental regulations, and community guidelines during your ride.
- Return motorcycles with full fuel and in the condition noted at handover, excluding normal wear.
- Report incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately so we can coordinate assistance.
